This pedal is in pristine, immaculate condition, having spent its entire life tucked away in its original factory box. It comes complete with the original packaging, completely untouched and ready to take a prized spot on a collector's shelf or a vintage-focused studio board.

Why the Taiwan Pink Label Matters (100% Analog)

Boss shifted CH-1 production from Japan to Taiwan in 1990, but they kept the circuit entirely identical for the first decade of production there. This early-90s Pink Label edition features the original 100% analog circuitry, equipped with the legendary Panasonic bucket-brigade device (BBD) chipset.

Unlike modern digital versions produced after October 2001, this analog Taiwan Pink Label is famous for its distinctively warm, lush, and musical modulation. It cuts through a mix beautifully without any of the harsh high-end digital artifacting found in modern iterations, providing that definitive 90s alternative, indie, and grunge clean tone.
