This Artist Series Jeff Beck Stratocaster HSS was made in 2000, and is one of the rarer versions of the Jeff Beck model. This particular instrument features an HSS pickup layout, LSR roller nut and a gorgeous (rare) Midnight Purple finish. This one is in EXCELLENT-MINT condition, functions 100% perfectly with a great setup, low action and killer tone!
Overall, this guitar is in amazing shape for a 25-year-old-guitar. There no real signs of use, other than some areas of aging. The finish is a wonderfully glossy condition, and wear, and just a few small (almost unnoticeable) indentations (not dings through the finish), but this thing is CLEAN.Â
The neck and fretboard are in wonderful shape. The frets have virtually NO WEAR, and have smooth crowns with no pitting or flattening. The neck is free of any warping, twisting or unlevel frets. The truss rod functions perfectly, and the LSR roller nut functions perfectly with no issues. The locking tuners work perfectly with no issues and show no wear, and appear to be in brand new condition.Â
The electronics sound fantastic with a nice, detailed, tone that rings clear even with a high amount of overdrive. The electronics are 100% original. The pots are clean and free of any static or scratchiness.Â
