This Gibson ES-225T was built in 1958 and is in VERY GOOD overall condition. This one is an excellent player, as well as a great-looking guitar. This one has been well-loved and definitely was played quite a bit; this instrument still presents very well visually, as well in its overall setup and playability.

The guitar has several points of wear in various locations, but overall the guitar looks fantastic. There are some honest points of play wear, and most of it is located on the back of the guitar. The top is relatively clean but does show some light scratches, and even a few small dings, but nothing that would affect the structural integrity, and nothing other than light play-wear. These areas of wear to the front of the instrument are mostly not very noticeable until inspected closely.

The back of the guitar shows some moderate buckle rash, some lighter scratches and a few small finish dings on the edges of the guitar near the binding; the scratches being the most noticeable visually. The binding is in good shape on both the top and back in terms of its structural integrity. There are some heavier points of wear to the binding, but overall it looks great; considering the guitars age. The sides show an equal amount of aging and play wear. The headstock has some wear exposing a little bit of wood to the edges and back. There are no breaks, or structural repairs. The frets are in

The original pickguard is missing. The pickup, pots, tuning machines, and tailpiece are original / period-correct for this instrument. The truss rod cover is missing and we do not have the original pickguard. The frets are near perfect - and are level. There are no warps or twists to this neck as the guitar is setup beautifully!
