1967 Ludwig 3-Piece Drum Shell Pack – Silver Sparkle – Vintage
Here is a beautiful three-piece collection of genuine 1967 Ludwig drums in classic Silver Sparkle. The set includes a compact 20x14 bass drum, 12x8 rack tom and 16x16 floor tom.
The serial numbers place these drums within Ludwig’s approximate 1967 Keystone-badge range. As with most Ludwig drums from this period, serial-number dating should be treated as approximate rather than an exact production date.

Condition
Overall, these drums are attractive vintage survivors with their Silver Sparkle wraps remaining intact. The shells show normal cosmetic aging, staining and discoloration consistent with nearly 60 years of use and storage.
The 16x16 floor tom displays the most noticeable cosmetic staining, although it still presents well overall. Please examine the photos closely for the exact condition of each shell.
Most importantly, the bearing edges are in good condition and do not appear to require restoration. This makes the set an excellent candidate for someone looking to assemble a great-playing vintage Ludwig kit without undertaking major shell work.
The 12x8 rack tom features a black Reso-Cote interior.
