This Martin 000-28 Modern Deluxe with Sitka Spruce top and Rosewood back and sides is in Mint Condition, and includes the original hardshell case.
The top, back and sides are free from any discernible damage or wear. The finish is smooth and glossy with no clouding or other issues. The braces are solid with no issues. The neck is rather straight with just a bit of relief, yield the "medium" action which is typical of factory setup from Martin. There are no warps, twists other issues with the neck. There is no sign of any shrinkage or top-bellying. The frets are 10/10. There is PLENTY of saddle left and lots of room to adjust in either direction of playability. The original hardshell case is clean and "Like-New." This nearly untouched 000-28 has a big, punchy sound with tons of clarity and dynamics. This would make a fantastic instrument for nearly any style or genre, and comes with the esteemed Martin name - making this guitar an instrument that can be played for a lifetime.
NOTE: The pickguard on this guitar IS original from the factory. We've gotten several questions about the OM-28-style pickguard, and for some reason, Martin used this smaller tear-shaped pickguard at installation. We've verified this with the original Martin Authorized Dealer, as well as Martin - and guarantee 100% originality as such.
