This 2021 Gibson Les Paul Standard is in EXCELLENT condition and plays like a dream. The guitar is 100% all-original, with no modifications or repairs. The frets are in perfect 10/10 condition, the neck is straight, and the action is set low and fast — just how a proper Les Paul should play. The guitar is almost Mint - but in EXCELLENT condition - only showing SLIGHT signs of ever being used.
The Les Paul Standard '60s has a solid mahogany body with an AA figured maple top and a SlimTaper 60s-style mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays. It's equipped with a classic ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece, Grover Rotomatic "Kidney" tuners, and gold Top Hat knobs with silver reflectors. The 60s Burstbucker pickups are loaded with Alnico 5 magnets and wired to audio taper potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors.
All of the electronics function flawlessly, with both humbuckers delivering classic Gibson punch and warmth. The guitar stays in tune exceptionally well, even with aggressive playing, thanks to the precise factory hardware and setup.
The build quality and resonance are top-tier, with a weight of 9.6 lbs, giving this Les Paul that unmistakable sustain and midrange depth that the model is famous for. The flame-topped finish shows off beautiful figuring beneath a classic burst, giving it a timeless look worthy of the name.
Includes the original Gibson hardshell case.
